Deborah’s style combines general massage techniques with deep tissue work, some stretching, muscular stimulation and connective tissue release to help the patient regain and retain the health of the body’s soft tissue. Its therapeutic effect can often eradicate the need for symptom-masking painkillers and restore movement and functionality.  As a qualified Acupuncturist she also has additional knowledge of the bodies meridian system and key points on the channels for achieving a deeper level of release from tension in the body.

A successful treatment will not only deal with the immediate source and symptom of discomfort, but aims to slow down and eventually banish its re-occurrence.

Deborah practices from clinics in East Dulwich and Holborn so book in for a massage.

"Deborah Warden made me feel at ease straight away, went through thorough checks on medical history and proceeded to one of the best massages I've ever had. Deborah is really friendly, knowledgeable (very generous at sharing her knowledge), and has a magical touch."
