"We are all unique, with our own health challenges. My aim is to gently unpick these, however complex, from a place of compassion and empathy. Wherever you are on your health journey, I am here to support you.
As an acupuncturist, I am committed to you to leaving feeling happier, more balanced, and more in control of your health and well-being."

Meet Deborah, Fertility Acupuncture and Women’s Health Specialist
Hello and welcome! I’m Deborah and I’m a general health & well-being acupuncturist and massage therapist with a specialism in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and birth. I’ve had the privilege and dedicated much of my practice to supporting clients who are trying to conceive or working through hormonal health challenges.
I started my career treating all conditions. However, as time went on, I noticed more of my client base were women with hormonal and fertility issues. This observation, coupled with a passion for learning spurred me on to invest my time, money and many a late night into a spectrum of further study into pregnancy, fertility, gynaecology, menstrual issues, IVF, natural conception, miscarriage and the menopause.
With nearly 15 years of clinical experience, a strong track record of results, I’m proud to have built a reputation as one of South East London’s trusted fertility acupuncture and hormonal health specialists. And after all this time, I can honestly say I still love what I do.
I love being an acupuncturist and all the problem solving that comes with it. I also love being a massage therapist. Many of my peers gave up massage when they qualified, but I find that the simple human touch between practitioner and patient is just as beneficial for me as it is for them. I know when I’ve given a good treatment as I have a wonderful feeling of euphoria coupled with being energised.
I’ve always had a natural healing instinct and have been in tune with my body as long as I can remember. When I was young I would find a natural way to heal myself, for example through controlling my breathing to herbal or plant remedies to fix a head or tummy ache. However, my journey to becoming a therapist began in earnest following a very serious cycling accident in 2005. My practice has been strongly influenced by my personal recovery with the aid of acupuncture and all the other lessons it taught me. The physical healing journey took nearly 5 years, so I’m no stranger to chronic pain. In addition to facilitating a good recovery from the physical aspects of the injuries, acupuncture became the catalyst for me to overcome the emotional trauma of the event.
My discovery of acupuncture was so profoundly life changing, that the highest accolade I could give it was to retrain as one. It is so much more than just needles. It has its roots in history, yet modern in its use. It’s powerful medicine that effects changes on the inside of the body from the outside in a very precise, non-invasive way. It also looks at the whole person and not just specific parts, or simply the symptoms. I consider my acupuncture space to be a warm place for you to unburden, off load, speak freely and be heard, but also a place to garner practical and helpful information. My aim is for people to leave feeling happier, supported and more in control of their own health and well-being.
“I started seeing Deborah after PCOS diagnosis and was struggling with fertility issues. As well as supporting me while I was TTC, her sessions were a real life-line when I did get pregnant as I felt so relaxed after each one. Deborah tailored the sessions depending on how I was feeling. She is very supportive and knowledgeable which was both a great help to both my physical and mental health, and I would not hesitate to go back should I need to in the future.”

The greatest reward for me as an acupuncturist and massage therapist is seeing people move beyond illness and reach a vibrant state of health. My approach to supporting fertility and hormonal health uses two powerful modalities: acupuncture and massage. Rooted in Chinese Medicine treatments are tailored to your individual needs on a deep, holistic level. Alongside this, my acupuncture work is guided by the latest biomedical insights into women’s health and fertility.
Alongside acupuncture, I bring massage into my treatments as a powerful way of supporting both health and fertility. Human touch is something we all respond to deeply — it helps the body relax, release tension, and create the right conditions for healing. Sometimes massage is the only way to release long-standing muscular tension or ease chronic pain, and it can be invaluable for musculoskeletal issues that affect posture, mobility, and comfort.
As an empath, I believe I have a unique gift of truly being able to listen and hold space. I’m also passionate about empowering individuals to recognise that even small, simple changes in diet, lifestyle, and mindset can create a significant and lasting difference.
So if you are feeling confused about where to turn, or what to do next, I would love to hear from you. We travel faster alone, but further together.
